  • Attractive full-color flyers: A full array of beautiful photos will be taken of your home and displayed in your flyer, as well as on all online marketing material. You'll also have a flyer box next to your "For Sale" sign which will contain your fliers. 
  • Multiple Listing Service: Your home's sale information will be entered in the MLS, giving your home wide exposure to all Realtors in Oregon, SW Washington and beyond.
  • Internet Listings: Your home's sales information and a wide array of inviting photos will be displayed on multiple websites, including Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Zillow.com, Craig's List, Windermere.com, and a variety of others, including, of course this site, "MyMoveToPortland.com." 
  • Open Houses: I hold open houses for both buyers and real estate agents (with your permission) and advertise your open house in the Oregonian and online.

  • Virtual Tour: I will create a visually exciting tour of your home, inside and out, viewable online along with your listing. This can include photos of special features of your neighborhood or area to increase interest in your home. I also offer a premium package that includes a drone video, that enables buyers to get a full view of your home from creative angles, such as aerial views.   • Mailings to Neighbors: If you would like, I'd be happy to send 100 of your closest neighbors information about your home sale that they can pass along to their circle of contacts.
  • Continuous Contact: I send out monthly mailings to hundreds of past clients and personal contacts. I also contact Realtors throughout Portland, to let them know about your property. 
  • Regular Reports: You'll receive an activity report approximately once a week, with updates on the marketing of your home, how many showings you've had, feedback on the showings, and statistical data indicating how many people have viewed your home online and viewed your home's photo gallery. I'm also always available to answer any questions you may have.
